Our journey in India

  1. 2014

    ZPMC India Established

    ZPMC Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. was established in India in 2014, marking the beginning of ZPMC's operations in the Indian port equipment sector. The company commenced its journey with the unloading and commissioning of 4 Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes at NSIGT, DP World.

  2. 2015

    Expansion into Major Port Projects

    ZPMC India expanded its project execution capabilities with the offloading and commissioning of 4 STS cranes and 12 RTG cranes at Adani CT4, strengthening its presence in India's container terminal sector.

  3. 2016

    Major Expansion in Crane Commissioning

    ZPMC India delivered a significant increase in project execution, completing the offloading and commissioning of 7 STS cranes, 21 RTG cranes and 3 RMG cranes across major terminals including CT3 Adani and Ennore.

  4. 2017

    Continued Growth Across Indian Terminals

    ZPMC India continued its expansion with major projects at CT3 Extension Mundra and MICT, completing the offloading and commissioning of 7 STS cranes, 18 RTG cranes and 1 RMG crane. The company also conducted its first China training initiative.

  5. 2018

    Technical Capability Expansion

    ZPMC India strengthened its technical capabilities through projects at APMT Mumbai and VCTPL, completing the offloading and commissioning of 2 STS cranes and 22 RTG cranes. The year also marked the company's first Add-on Structural Inspection project.

  6. 2019

    Expansion of Project and After-Sales Capabilities

    ZPMC India completed major projects at CT4 Phase 2 and T2, involving 5 STS cranes, 15 RTG cranes and 3 RMG cranes. The company also undertook its first overseas project in PNG and completed its first one-year overseas after-sales assignment.

  7. 2020

    Strengthening Operations During Challenging Times

    ZPMC India continued its project execution capabilities during a challenging period, including the NSICT Mumbai project involving the offloading and commissioning of 6 STS cranes. The company also undertook its second overseas project in Myanmar and its first drive retrofitting job.

  8. 2021

    Continued Expansion Across Indian Ports

    ZPMC India continued expanding its presence across major Indian terminals, executing projects at locations including Katupalli, GTI Hazira, CT2 Adani and MICT VCTPL. During this period, the company completed the offloading and commissioning of 7 STS and 13 RTG cranes.

  9. 2022

    Major Growth in Crane Commissioning

    ZPMC India achieved significant project growth, completing the offloading and commissioning of 7 STS cranes and 15 RTG cranes across major projects including MICT Mundra, OICT, CT3 Extension, CT2 Adani, GTI APMT, PSA Chennai, Gangavaram and Myanmar.

  10. 2023

    Expansion into Complex Multi-Equipment Projects

    ZPMC India delivered major project execution across multiple terminals, completing work involving 19 STS cranes, 29 RMG cranes and 12 RTG cranes. The company also expanded its international technical capability through mechanical training support for CCTI Iraq.

  11. 2024

    10 Years of ZPMC India

    ZPMC India celebrated 10 years of operations in India, marking a decade of growth from its establishment in 2014. During 2024, the company completed major equipment activities involving 8 STS cranes, 24 RMG cranes, 2 reachstackers and 2 ECH units, while continuing international training and project support.

  12. 2025

    Expansion of After-Sales and Specialized Services

    ZPMC India continued expanding beyond installation and commissioning into specialized technical and after-sales services. Major activities included STS crane offloading and commissioning, PSA Chennai RTG retrofitting, and international technical assignments including Oman and other overseas support.

  13. 2026

    Expanding Project Portfolio and International Reach

    ZPMC India continues to expand its project portfolio across India and international markets. In 2026, major activities include the offloading and commissioning of 3 RTG cranes and Ship Loader equipment, alongside continued project and after-sales support across India and overseas locations.
